Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners. This page explains how long delivery takes, what it costs and what happens if a parcel can’t be delivered.
Delivery times

Delivery time starts once your order is confirmed and the delivery charge is paid. Working days do not include Sundays and public holidays.
Some remote areas take longer because couriers only send parcels there once a week. A parcel can wait at the courier’s warehouse until their next trip to your area. This is outside our control, but we will always tell you where your parcel is. Email us if it is taking longer than the times above.
Delivery charges
- Delivery is a flat Rs 250 per order, anywhere in Pakistan.
- With Cash on Delivery, the Rs 250 delivery charge is paid in advance by bank transfer, and the rest of the order amount is paid in cash when the parcel arrives. For example, for a Rs 2,799 pajama set: Rs 250 in advance, and Rs 2,799 on delivery.
- We dispatch your order once the advance is received.
- Paying by Direct bank transfer? You pay the full amount in advance, and we dispatch once it reaches our account.
Where we deliver
- We deliver anywhere in Pakistan.
- If your city is not in the list at checkout, email us at order@nightydress.pk. If our courier doesn’t cover your area, we can still send your order with another courier, but the full order amount has to be paid in advance.
Order confirmation
We confirm orders before dispatch, using the phone number or email you gave us. If we can’t reach you after three tries, the order is cancelled.
If the courier can’t deliver
- If you are not available, the courier will call you and try again within 24 hours.
- After the second try, the courier keeps the parcel for 3 days and then returns it to us. The order is then cancelled.
- If you cancel after dispatch or refuse the parcel at delivery, the advance delivery charge is not refunded. It covers the courier’s delivery and return cost. See Advance payment explained.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you can follow it with the tracking link in your dispatch email, or ask us by email.
