Advance Payment Explained

Some customers refused orders at delivery without giving a reason and stopped answering our calls. Each refused parcel cost us delivery and return charges.

To keep our small business going, we introduced an advance payment. On every Cash on Delivery order, you pay the Rs 250 delivery charge in advance, and the rest in cash when the parcel arrives.

How to pay the advance

• Bank transfer to our Meezan Bank account, or by Raast from EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay or NayaPay. The account details are shown at checkout and on the order confirmation page.
• Place your order first, then email your payment screenshot with your order number to order@nightydress.pk.
• Once we receive the advance, we dispatch your order.

Policy conditions

• If you cancel your order before dispatch, the advance is fully refunded.
• If you cancel after dispatch or refuse the parcel at delivery, the advance is not refunded.
